Vi hjälper barn genom “Conditional Cash Transfers” (direkta kontantöverföringar med villkor)” till varje barn en gång i månaden, dock under förutsättning att barnen fortsätter att gå i skolan kontinuerligt. Vårt lokala team i Iran arbetar för att kontinuerligt dialog med barnen och deras skolor, föräldrar samt lokalsamhället, det är även en intern kontroll för att se att donationer har nått fram och används på rätt sätt. Vår dröm är att alla barn får kunskap och möjligheter genom utbildning. Sedan 1999 har vi hjälpt tusentals barn genom hela deras skolgång och möjliggjort för dem att påbörja sina universitetsstudier. Detta samtidigt som vi ser till att använda donationerna som är ämnade för ändamålet faktiskt går till ändamålet. Vi har en närvaro i hela Iran. Kartan visar var vi är aktiva.

Varje barn har en ansvarig fältarbetare som ansvarar för flera barn i en viss region men samordnas av en central samordningsgrupp i Iran och Sverige. Varje fältarbetare utforskar sin region och koncentrerar sig på områden där fattigdom är utspridd. Hur vi förmedlar medel
Två gånger per år ser hjälpkommittén över YARIs donationer, utgifter och intäkter för att estimera antalet barn vi skulle kunna stödja vid årets slut. Det belopp som varje barn mottar i lokal valuta revideras också för att ta hänsyn till inflationen eller andra kostnader.
Denna process säkerställer att medel distribueras rätt till respektive barn och att barnen faktiskt har gått i skolan under det gånga året.
